Privacy Policy

Soft Sleep Sounds is published by Muscovy Tech, a small software company. For privacy questions, email privacy@muscovy.tech.

Soft Sleep Sounds plays soothing audio on your device to help you fall asleep. It is an audio player. It does not monitor your sleep, record the microphone, or require an account.

We do not operate user accounts, and we do not run a profile or advertising database. In ordinary use we do not collect your name, email, location, contacts, photos, or health data.

Audio files you play are stored and processed on your device. We do not upload your listening history to our servers.

If you buy a subscription or a lifetime unlock, payment is processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your full payment card number.

We use RevenueCat to confirm whether your Apple purchase is active, so the app can unlock the library on this device and after reinstall. RevenueCat receives App Store transaction identifiers and entitlement status. It does not receive the contents of your audio library or a name you type into the app. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy.

You can restore purchases from the app using your Apple ID. Apple’s handling of that data is described in Apple’s Privacy Policy.

Favorites, settings, and which sounds you have downloaded may be stored on your device. If we enable iCloud sync, that information stays in your personal iCloud account under Apple’s control. We do not receive a copy of that iCloud data on our own servers.

This marketing site is static. We do not require a login. Standard hosting and CDN logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) may be generated by the platform that serves the site, for security and uptime. We do not use the site to run advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.

Soft Sleep Sounds does not include third-party advertising SDKs. We do not sell personal information. If we add optional, privacy-light diagnostics in a later version, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy labels before that ships.

The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

• Use the free tier without purchasing anything.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
• Delete the app to remove local data from that device.
• Email us to ask what, if anything, we hold about you, or to request deletion of contact mail you sent us.

We keep support emails only as long as needed to answer you. Purchase records live with Apple (and RevenueCat for entitlement checks) according to their policies. We do not keep a separate archive of your listening activity.

Apple and RevenueCat may process purchase data in the United States and other countries. If you are in the EEA, UK, or a similar jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise those rights. You may also contact your local data protection authority.

We may update this policy as the product changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Material changes will be reflected at this URL before they apply to a new app version.
